URBAN SUNDAY SCHOOL &
Feeding Program
Targeted towards urban poor children residing in Cubao, the Urban Sunday School reaches out to kids who do not have access to paid education. Urban Sunday School enables them to learn about proper hygiene, listen to Bible stories, partake of nutritious food, and participate in activities that enhance their motor and intellectual skills.


ABOUT JOHIA URBAN MINISTRY
This ministry has been running since the late 80’s.Its focus is on reaching people (especially children) from the grassroots - children and their families living in depressed urban communities and on the streets as well (street dwellers).
ACTIVITIES:
• Shares Hope to children through teaching God’s Word and its practical application in their daily lives
and feeding follows afterwards. This happens every
Sunday
afternoon. Counseling service is included.
• Brings deserving and willing children to school.
- 10 street kids are in
school at present
- Sends OSY (Out-Of-School Youth) scholars for discipleship and skills training.

- Financial Support /Donations
- Facilities (e.g. for temporary shelter and drop-in center, for academic enrichment, & for discipleship and skill training)
